Keii Desserts welcomes custom and personalized orders.
We do our best to meet each clients needs. 
Minimum 48 hours advance notice is required for large or custom orders.
Desserts are NOT available for shipping at this time. They are only for pick-up or local delivery.
Gift wrapping and packaging is available upon request.

Returns Policy

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. To discuss returns and exchange options​.

All items are nonrefundable due to their nature. However, if you feel that something is wrong with your item, please do the following: 

  1. Contact us on the day item is received. 
  2. Please attach photo. 
  3. Item must not have more than one bite taken from it. 

*All of these conditions must be followed in order for us to consider a refund. 


  1. All cookies and desserts are made from scratch and freshly baked. 
  2. We make every effort to package and deliver orders as quickly as possible. The length of time it takes for us to deliver your order can vary depending upon when the order is placed, i.e., the day and time you place your order. 
  3. Most orders placed before 1pm CST can be delivered the same day; orders placed after 1pm CST will be delivered the next day unless specified... except Sundays 
  4. However, to ensure the safety of my drivers, Keii Desserts does not guarantee delivery times.Uncontrollable events such as weather, traffic, construction, and other factors can affect the timing of your delivery. Please be aware that the time quote you receive is simply an estimation of when we will be able to arrive, and not a guarantee of an exact delivery time.
  5. Large/Bulk Orders: To ensure that you receive your order by the time you need it, you can place orders up to 30 days in advance. 
  6. ALL FOOD SALES ARE FINAL. This is a perishable food item. We deliver to your door. Please make sure someone will be available to accept your delivery. YOU MAY WAIVE THIS understanding there are NO REFUNDS FOR ITEMS LEFT OUTSIDE OR IN MAILBOXES.
